Frederick A. Krehbiel Chair

In 2000 Molex Incorporated endowed the Frederick A. Krehbiel II Chair of Innovation in Global Business and Technology at the University of Limerick.

With this endowment the company had recognised the lifetime career and achievements of Mr. Krehbiel, a man whose pioneering work in International expansion is considered a model not just for the connector industry, but for US global business as a whole.

The Chair has been endowed at the College of Engineering and Science so that his vision and leadership would influence the world of global technology and business for many years to come. The establishment of the Chair here in Ireland reflects the deep love, respect and admiration Mr. Krehbiel has for our country and our people.
